I'm Mike Johnston. Before founding JVM Capital Ltd.,I had the good fortune to be a principal or partner
in a file cabinet full of business ventures, including Telecom line & antenna construction and maintenance; EV charging station design and construction; multifamily construction; commercial
real estate development; construction of high rise office buildings; and once upon a time, I owned a backpacking and mountaineering store.

I launched JVM Capital to provide more than just a factoring outlet for
my clients.
 

I wanted to provide capital and cash management from the perspective of an entrepreneur, not a banker. And that is what I have done. JVM makes a point of counseling its clients on their long-range planning and market positioning, and strives to become a trusted member of the client's team.
